Joe Strada is a Central Florida job creator and advocate for the skilled trades. He built a family-owned company from the ground up, helped create thousands of jobs, and invested in paid training so people could earn a living while learning a career.
Where it started
Hard Work from Day One
Joe Strada started working young. While still in high school he took a job as a handyman at a bowling alley to earn extra money, learning to fix what was broken and finish what he started. That habit - show up, solve the problem, take responsibility - became the foundation for everything that followed.
He entered the trades because it was practical and honest work with a clear path forward for anyone willing to learn. It also taught him something that shaped his outlook for decades: skill and effort matter more than credentials.
Building the business
From One Van to a National Company
Joe grew Strada Services into a family-owned company that serves communities across the country. He learned to meet payroll, manage costs, keep customers satisfied, and navigate the regulations that shape every decision an employer makes.
Along the way, Joe helped create thousands of jobs and established a company culture that promotes from within. Many of the company's leaders started in entry-level roles and worked their way up.

Paid Training and Real Career Pathways
Joe has long believed a four-year degree should not be the only respected path to a good life. He invested in paid training programs so people could learn a trade, earn while they learned, and begin a career without taking on heavy debt.
That experience is why workforce development, apprenticeships, and career and technical education are central to his campaign. He has watched training change families' futures.
Family
Father, Grandfather, Neighbor
Joe and his wife raised their family in Central Florida, and much of his motivation for running is generational. He wants his children and grandchildren to inherit a country where hard work is rewarded, opportunity is real, and the next generation is not buried under debt.
Faith, family, and community service remain at the center of his life.
Why he is running
A Conservative Outsider, Not a Career Politician
Joe is not seeking a career in politics. He is running because Congress needs more people who have signed the front of a paycheck, built something real, and lived with the consequences of policies written far from the job site.
He is running as a conservative outsider focused on affordability, opportunity, accountability, and delivering practical results for the people of District 11.
